I am an experienced and passionate travel industry professional, with nearly two decades dedicated to creating memorable experiences for travelers. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of industry trends, customer management, and the importance of tourism. Some of my skills include communication, problem-solving, and the ability to quickly adapt to changes in the industry. My experience has allowed me to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues and partners, highlighting my commitment to excellence and my ability to exceed expectations.

Founder & Managing Partner

Seasoned by extensive travel and a foodie by nature, Olden is passionate about operations, quality control, process improvement, and international logistics. He started in hospitality back in 2010 and is constantly pushing the boundaries in an industry that he christened as an art. With an advanced college degree in business management and certification as a project manager, he brings a comprehensive skill set to the table when creating the ultimate experience for his clients. He is a multi-award winner for service excellence and fluently communicates in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. In his leisure time, he enjoys trekking, snorkeling, peace and relaxation, and kayaking.
